Easy-To-Make Holiday Spice Chia Coconut Pudding
A creamy, festive twist on a classic chia pudding. Made with Cha’s Organic Coconut Milk and Organic Traditions Holiday Spice Latte mix. Naturally sweet, rich in healthy fats, and bursting with cozy cinnamon and nutmeg flavor. Perfect for a quick breakfast, snack, or holiday dessert in minutes!
Ingredients for Chia Coconut Pudding
- 1 cup Cha’s Premium Coconut Milk (chilled)
- 2 Tbsp Org Traditions Holiday Spice Latte mix
- ¼ cup chia seeds
- 1-2 Tbsp maple syrup (optional)
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- Toppings: toasted coconut flakes, a sprinkle of cinnamon, fresh raspberries or pomegranate seeds
Directions for making Chia Coconut Pudding
- In a bowl or jar, whisk together the coconut milk + Holiday Spice Latte mix until smooth.
- Add chia seeds, vanilla, and maple syrup; stir well.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours (or overnight) until thickened.
- Before serving, stir again and divide into two serving glasses.
- Top with toasted coconut flakes + cinnamon + fresh berries.
- Serve chilled — this can be a grab-and-go snack or breakfast treat.

Fiddleheads should never be eaten raw and must be cooked a certain way to be safe to eat, so be sure to follow the instructions below. Fiddleheads have been part of traditional diets in Northern France since the Middle Ages, and amongst many North American Indigenous populations for centuries. They are also popular in Asian cuisine dishes like gulai pakis.
