Ingredients: 10 jalapeños ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese ½ cup cream cheese 10 slices of turkey bacon ¼ cup chopped red onion or chives ½ teaspoon onion powder ½ teaspoon garlic powder ½ teaspoon salt & pepper Directions: Preheat oven to 375°F and slice each pepper in half. Scoop out seeds. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, cheddar, onion, and seasonings. Fill each pepper half with the mixture. Wrap each filled pepper half in half of a turkey bacon strip. Bake for 15 minutes on an unlined baking sheet. Enjoy!
